We really are blessed in Central New York to have great farmers and innovative entrepreneurs. A lot of the time they are the same people. The incredible growth of what I like to call the "niche" farm here in Madison County over the past 5 years has been exciting. It's our way to salute the farmers, since we understand without farmers, there would be no food.
