Most people who get 3 feet of lake effect snow in December grumble about it, but if you own a Polaris, Ski Doo, Arctic Cat or other snow machine your heart beat skipped a little and the adrenaline started to flow earlier this month.
Madison County has hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails for your enjoyment and the range from Oneida Lake in the north to the Brookfield State Forest in the south.  The maintenance on these trails is done lovingly by several snowmobile clubs in the county and you will find great food in many places along your way.  We will post snow conditions from time to time on our blog, but the clubs are the real heartbeat of what is going on.  For a free snowmobile map of Madison County call us at 800-684-7320.
