Who invited the tornado to Oz-Stravaganza? Not to mention it was 18 hours late for the costume contest. Thankfully no one was hurt, but the Sunday Oz events were toned down and many vendors had a lot to pick up. Saturday was outstanding however, and the parade was great as always.
